Travel Distance and Cost

Although we provide most of our entertainment in an around San Antonio, we do travel throughout central, east, south and west Texas. In addition to the cost of your main package, accessories and a 4% handling fee, a travel fee is incurred. We offer a 60-mile diameter around San Antonio where the travel fee is not incurred. Round trips that fall below 60 total miles do not incur a travel fee. Beyond that area diameter, a two dollar per mile fee is applied to the total amount of round trip miles.

  • Northeast
    • Travel to the northeast and on IH-35 has taken us to venues, businesses, private ranches and homes from San Antonio to Temple. Numerous places in New Braunfels, San Marcos, Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, Bastrop, College Station and Nacogdoches. Traveled along many highways like 290, 183, 123, 90, 87, 77, 59, 46 and 21.
  • East
    • We have traveled east along IH-10 from San Antonio to Houston plus along IH-45 south to Galveston and north to The Woodlands. Travel to the east to Seguin, Gonzales, Shiner, and Hallettsville and Schulenburg. We have provided services in La Grange, Lockhart and Lulling. We have also traveled to La Vernia, Stockdale and Victoria.
  • South-Southeast
    • We traveled south along IH-37 and highways 281, 181 and 16 to the coastal region and valley including Rockport, Corpus Christi and Kingsville. We have also provided services in Floresville, Pleasanton and Poteet.
  • South-Southwest
    • Travel down IH-35 south has taken us from San Antonio to Laredo including Somerset, Lytle, Natalia, Pearsall and Cotulla.
  • West
    • Travel across I-90 west from San Antonio to Uvalde including Castroville and Hondo. We have been to the Quihi Gun Club and places in Mico, Lakehills Rio Medina and Lake Medina.
  • West-Northwest
    • Travel up Hwy-16 from San Antonio to Bandera and Medina. Places like Helotes, Grey Forest, Pipe Creek, Vanderpool and Leakey. We have also been in Ingram and Hunt. Travel up IH-10 west from San Antonio to Mountain Home including Boerne, Comfort and Kerrville. Travel up Hwy-87 to Fredericksburg and Hwy-16 to Llano. Across 290 including Luckenbach, and Stonewall.
  • North
    • Travel North up 281 from San Antonio to Marble Falls including Canyon Lake, Blanco, Johnson City and Horseshoe Bay.

Our Travel Calculator Process

To get the cost of our travel for your event at a place outside of our standard area, we apply a simple formula. We take the total miles from our home office to the scheduled event venue or place. We calculate the round trip total miles and subtract 60. (Based on the no charge 30 miles radius around San Antonio, we subtract those miles from the mileage outside that radius which totals 60.) The remaining number of miles after the subtraction is multiple by $2.00. the ending number is the cost for our travel if driving. We use Google maps to calculate the miles and best roadmap to take on the day of the event.
